Rebar Bender Wrought Iron Spiral Reinforcing Steel Bar Bending Machine
Description:
A new type of gear reducer, big gear, pinion and curved disk is used. The two-stage brake motor is directly connected with the reducer to reduce the speed. The pinion meshes with the big gear to reduce the speed.
The big gear always drives the curved disk to rotate. The curved disk is equipped with a central shaft hole and several curved shaft holes; and the positioning bar on the working table is equipped with a central shaft hole and a number of curved shaft holes.
Several positioning axle holes are respectively arranged. The ratio of input and output rotations is accurate, the bending speed is stable and accurate, and the speed can be changed automatically by electric control. The brake can ensure the bending angle.
Two-way bending of reinforcing bars is carried out by using the positive and negative rotation of the motor. The center axle can be replaced and repaired easily. Intelligent control can be adopted.
