Way of working:
It is impossible to manually bend the steel bar continuously. Our pipe bender has an integrated precision pump, driven by a motor, and then pressurizes the oil to drive the piston to bend the steel bar. Different from split pipe benders, our products are fast and powerful.
Our high-quality pipe bender:
The bearing in the pump is driven by a high-speed motor, which is used to push the piston to pressurize the oil. The consequence of using improper bearings is that the pipe bender has a short service life.
The commutator is used to reverse the direction of current and keep in contact with the brush, making it a consumable. Our motors only use commutators with high electrical conductivity, excellent wear resistance, and good thermal conductivity.
